- The license agreement must be completed, signed by the authorized author, scanned/photographed and attached to the submission.

- The manuscript must meet the following requirements:
1) .docx format (other formats that can be opened in Microsoft Word are acceptable; .pdf is not acceptable);
2) text format: width alignment, paragraph indent 1, line spacing 1, page margins 2 cm, no interval between paragraphs. Between the elements of the article, there should be one empty line. Font Arial, 14.
3) article length should be 4-6 thousand words. A smaller or larger volume is allowed if necessary for the completeness of the study.
4) mandatory elements:
- the title: concise (up to 12 words) and reflects the content of the article;
- abstract - up to 450 words, includes two parts:
*first paragraph: a description of the relevance of the research, the purpose, the main stages of the research
*second paragraph: list of recommendations for government/organizations
If the research is purely theoretical, it is possible to indicate that the results are intended for further use in science/education.
- introduction: includes a description of the relevance of the research and a literature review;
- research results: can be divided into parts with separate headings;
- conclusions: a summary of the key findings of the study;

6) References style:
The references should meet the АРА standard 7th ed.
If the source is in a language other than English, the English title is given in square brackets "[]" after the original language title.
